I. Loading Station：

Three material boxes operate alternately. A robotic arm's suction head picks up individual ceramic tiles from the material boxes and transports them to the measurement station.

The material box dimensions are: internal dimensions: 64mm × 74mm (effective product stacking height 250mm), with 10mm wide × 1mm thick acrylic sheets attached to the four corners.

II. Measurement Station：

This section consists of two measurement systems.

Visual Measurement System：Composed of a 20-megapixel camera, dual telecentric lenses, and custom-designed parallel backlighting.
