The Implementation Of The Palletizing Workstation Solves The Problems Of High Costs And Low Efficiency For The Company.

The robotic palletizing workstation system includes an industrial robot, controller, programmer, robot gripper, automatic de-palletizer/pallet stacker, pallet conveying and positioning equipment, and palletizing mode software. It can also be configured with automatic weighing, labeling, inspection, and communication systems, and connected to a production control system to form a complete integrated packaging production line. The robotic palletizing workstation is generally used at the end of the production line.

This flexible palletizing system unloads workpieces from the conveyor line, stacks them, adds layer pads, etc., followed by a conveyor line that transports the stacked pallets away.

This palletizing robot workstation has the following features:

1. The robot automatically switches between different production line gripping programs based on program settings and workpiece arrival signals from different production lines.

2. The entire system unit is centrally controlled by a PLC, including robot signal exchange, anti-collision signals, safety door interlocks, package arrival signals, and pallet position signal logic.

3. Due to the comprehensive consideration of safety in the system design and equipment configuration, the workstation has high safety.

4. Operation, programming, and teaching are completed on the handheld controller, improving programming and operation efficiency.

5. The automated design of the production line significantly reduces the labor intensity of workers.

Working process:

The production line transports the finished cartons to the gripping station. After being positioned by the positioning and adjustment device, a signal is sent to the robot. The robot grips the cartons and stacks them at the palletizing position. After the entire stack is completed, the stacked cartons are transported to the lifting platform by the stack output conveyor line. The robot then places a wooden pallet at the palletizing station and repeats the process of gripping and stacking cartons.

The palletizing robot workstation can be widely used in power, petrochemical, building materials, home appliances, electronics, chemical fiber, automotive, food, and other industries, as well as in automation fields such as motion and control, providing customers with products, systems, and solutions to address high production costs and low efficiency, and improve production and energy efficiency.
